Work on this Georgian apartment conversion began in November 2023. Ideally located in the heart of Yate, our vision for the development was to create nine practical yet beautiful homes whilst breathing new life into this heritage rich site.

Purchased with planning in place, the property features nine spacious high quality apartments. These new homes appealed to first time buyers and downsizers and comprised a mix of two and three bedrooms, featuring open plan kitchen, dining and living space. There is ample amenity space in the form of balconies and gardens together with parking for all flats.

We completed the development in March 2025.
